All-Clad Copper Core 8 Quart STOCKPOT. This is not only a beautiful pot, but after using the All Clad series of cookware, you won't want to have anything else.

This is brand new but not does not come with a box. THIS IS A FIRST QUALITY STOCKPOT - it is not a factory second. NOTE COSMETIC BLEMISHES EXPLAINED BELOW. Because it is out of the box, it does have fingerprints and some slight scratches and wear marks on the bottom of the pan, the handles, sides and lid and could use a good washing. There are a significant amount of small scratches on the top of the rim of lid. Because of the glare of the stainless steel, it's hard to photograph. Been used but must not have been packaged well and rubbed against something. The slight imperfections are merely cosmetic and will not affect the quality, performance or beauty of this pan in any way. This was a store display model. Ideal for cooking larger quantities of savory soups and stocks, this stockpot has high sides to help keep ingredients submerged during long simmering while minimizing evaporation and increasing the extraction of flavor. Five-ply construction of securely bonded metals: a thick, extremely heat-responsive copper core sandwiched between two layers of highly conductive aluminum with an easy-clean stainless-steel exterior and interior that won't react with foods. Allows for the quickest heat-up time, maximum temperature control and rapid, even heat distribution. A ring of copper adds a finishing touch to the gleaming exterior. Snug-fitting stainless-steel lid locks in moisture.
